Hi! I’m looking to move out of my mom’s house (super close with family, just wanting to start on my own.) I’m cool with overnight guests as long as it’s respectful. I like to keep things clean and would want someone who’s also tidy but chill about it-just keeping shared spaces nice for both of us. I’d prefer to have my own bathroom if possible but I’m open to sharing as long as we’re both good about keeping it clean. For shared areas like the kitchen and living room, I’m good with sharing appliances and stuff. We can set boundaries if needed but I’m pretty easygoing. Music and tv are totally fine, just nothing super loud late at night. I’m 4-20 friendly (I don’t smoke everyday but don’t mind being around it) and I’m always down to go out and have a fun time. I’m super pet friendly. I’m actually planning to get a dog once I’m more settled. Overall I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, easy to live with and down for a chill and peaceful home where we can hangout but also respect each other’s space. :)
