Quiet area. House has a living room and family room. Both have Tvs and wifi for streaming. Patio room with a hot tub as well as a patio and fenced in back yard. My 27 year old son recently moved back in so he rents one of the bedrooms and stays in there when he's not working. We have 4 small dogs and two cats. All updated appliances. Fireplace as well in family room. Bathroom would be shared with my Son. Both of us are quiet and respectful for other's space and privacy.
