Hi, I am hoping to find someone to share this house that I rent in Bridegport. There’s one available bedroom for one person. I have one cat. Live alone. In my 50's - I'm still cool.

One of your fluent languages is English. I prefer age 28 to 60's etc. I’m entertaining a career change but have acquired recent debt.

Quiet neighborhood. Safe. Really good diversity. High ceilings, fans, heat, a/c, both bedrooms are smaller but I will give you the one that's closest to bathroom and kitchen. It will be a little more private. Furnished or not, you choose. Street parking, I'm between the Red Line (20 min. if on foot) and the Orange Line (1 mile away). No dishwasher or laundry. Two laundromats are close by. There is attic space (pull stairs down from ceiling) for storage needs of boxes, misc.

I'm definitely a non-smoker and if you smoke, has to be outside. 420 is ok, I don't partake but it's ok if you do. I'm neat, healthy, compassionate, respectful, and I'm seeking exactly the same. Thank you for reading.
