Hi! My name is Lauren and I am 24 years old. My current roommate is moving out and so I am looking for someone to move in August 1st. I am pretty chill, I love animals, music, and food. I would love to be friendly with whoever I live with, and would love a friendship! However, if you just wanna peacefully coexist and remain more private I am cool with that as well! There are separate floors so how much we wanna interact is up to us. I like things kinda clean but I am not crazy about it or anything. I will do my dishes and refill the Brita :) All about respect and having a healthy living space for us both! Guests aren't a problem for me, and they don't allow pets but if you have an animal that is a service animal or ESA I am more than okay with that.

This is technically a townhouse and it is 2 floors. We would each have our own private floor (with the exception of a shared kitchen space). The kitchen has standard appliances and a dishwasher. Central air. Private areas: balcony, living room, bathroom, bedroom. Closets are huge. There is a pool and tennis/basketball court. Water, Sewer, Trash removal are included. There is a no pet policy but if you have a service animal or ESA that is completely fine with me I love animals.
Rent is $2020, so $1010 each. Heat and electric combined typically come out to $180 or less. I currently pay $40 for wifi. I would want to split utilities evenly.
