The Location: You'll be staying at the brand new Great Park Neighborhoods in Novel Park. We are located 10 minutes from the Irvine Spectrum with easy access to the I-5 and 133 (Toll) freeways. It is conveniently located 2 blocks from Woodbury Town Center, with access to dining, groceries and a fitness club.

The Room:
This large room is located on the 3rd floor with west and north-facing windows overseeing a park. Room comes with a double-door reach-in closet and attached private full bathroom.

· Closet is approximately 9.5 ft (l) by 2 ft (w) by 9.6 ft (h) (single full-length shelf & rod)
· Shutters on all windows for complete privacy.
· Room is carpeted.

The House:

You will have full access to the kitchen, dining and living rooms. Laundry is on the 3rd floor.

The People:

You will be sharing home with two males (30's) working professionals in the medical field and finance, and one friendly medium sized dog (35 lbs, house trained). Our home is a relaxed and quiet environment, we both are very easy going and easy to talk to. We are pretty tidy and would want the same from you (especially in regards to dishes)!
Background Checks: All renters are subject to a credit check, background check, income verification, and eviction report. All offers of occupancy are contingent on clearing these checks.
