Matt H - $2,000/month

I’m looking for a new place to stay with about 2 roommates, ideally in Hyde Park, Kenwood, or Woodlawn, although I’m open to other areas. I’m hoping to move around September but am flexible if necessary. I work from home so will be around during most days. I have furniture and kitchen implements we can share.

I currently work as a research assistant in political science at the University of Chicago and also recently got a new job at a nonprofit working on issues related to artificial intelligence. I do strategy-related work for that organization. I’m also a master’s student at the University of Chicago in public policy.

I’m looking for someone who is easy to get along with, keeps the place clean, respects others’ belongings and privacy, and is not loud at night.

I spend most of my time on work and school but I enjoy reading and going on walks in the neighborhood or hiking when I get the chance. I also spend time keeping up with news on AI and public policy.
