My roommate and I are friendly, outgoing, and love hanging out. We like to watch a good Netflix show or movies. We also like exploring and heading out into DC to go to museums and eat good food! We are looking for a third roommate to fill out 3 bed 2 bath at an apartment complex we just signed a new lease for. The bedroom would share a bathroom with me and the bathroom is big. The apartment is gorgeous, newly renovated with a newly renovated pool, gym, hangout room with WiFi, package room, garage, etc.

The bedroom is spacious and has a huge walk in closet. The bedroom would share a bathroom with me and the bathroom is a great size. The apartment was newly renovated. My roommate and I have furniture for the shared spaces, but the bedroom would be unfurnished. Of course, bring anything you want for shared spaces too! Apartment complex has a pool, gym, package room, garage, courtyards with grills, hangout room with WiFi, etc. Right outside the building are restaurants, parks, a grocery store, a coffee shop, a library, etc.
