Hi everyone! I’m moving to Houston from California in July to join an energy/shipping firm.
I’m a UC Berkeley grad and former D1 athlete, so I’m disciplined, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I’ll be working a demanding schedule, so I’ll be out of the house early and back late most weekdays.
What I’m looking for:
Location: Ideally Rice Military (77007), The Heights, or Montrose.
Budget: Looking to stay under $1,000 (excluding utilities).
Vibe: Professionals or grad students who are chill but like to keep a clean, productive home.
Bonus: A dedicated parking spot/garage space for my car.
