About Us & Roommate Fit:

We are a female couple in our late 50’s (with a teen kid), who live primarily in Los Angeles these coming years. One of us is the “New Yorker” and stays at the apartment roughly 4 - 6 times a year for a couple of weeks at a time. It might be more or less in the coming years, but we are committed to being in Los Angeles and spending time with our high schooler, so it won’t be anything like full-time. We generally all come with our teen once a year for a couple of weeks.

We’re seeking:

A mature, professional - preferably female or female identifying roommate(s). Other LGBTQ people could also be a good fit.

Respectful of shared spaces and neighbors in an established, mostly long-term, owner-occupied building
No smoking
Open to a small, well-trained dog (<20 lbs) on a case-by-case basis

Rent & Lease Details:

Rent: $3,500–$5,000/month (solo renter, depending on room); $6,000/month for a couple with choice of room, (or a couple with child utilizing the two smaller bedrooms).
All utilities included (electricity, water, heat, high-speed internet)
12-month lease, renewable up to 3 years
Co-op Board approval required (standard interview + application)
Security deposit required
Flexible move-in date (but the co-op approval process depends on board availability, so anticipate a 1 - 2 month process for approval)
