Hi! I'm Esmé, I've been living in the city for the past year and have a spot opening in my apartment for Nov 1st move in. It's in LES in a great location super close to the F/M and $1,625 / month (not including utils).
A little bit about me; I work for a consulting firm and have a hybrid schedule so I'm mainly working from home every Monday and Friday. I love to go on walks, sit in parks, bike ride around the city, read and go to the movies. Also love going out to bars and trying restaurants on the weekends.
The apartment is suuuuper tiny but the location is really great and the building as a whole is well maintained. I like to keep things pretty neat but I'm not crazy about it so looking for someone with similar habits as me!
