I am looking for a clean, responsible roommate to rent 1 private bedroom in my 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome. I will be moving out mid July & am helping my roommate find an occupant!
The other individual is a 32 year old female professional individual who will occupy the master suite, and you’ll have your own private room & bathroom. Not renting out both rooms, so one will still be a spare. You can choose between either rooms. No pets. Room is available starting August 1st & the lease ends mid January 2027. I would provide a written roommate agreement that both roommates would sign prior to moving in.
