I'd like to keep common areas clean. Nothing majorly fussy, but keep up on your dishes, pick up your crumbs, and don't leave hair in the sink. Tenants here are responsible for keeping up the lawn, so I usually do the mowing.

Don't mind smokers, but combustion has to be done outside. Please don't get belligerent if you drink.

I have a variable work schedule, but wake up early for work most weekdays. Have a tendency to stay up late, but I don't make a lot of noise. I sleep in late on weekends.

Part of the basement is my art studio, but it's big enough that you could use it for whatever too. The 3rd bedroom can be your office, gym, ect.

Needing a Roomie in Hammond to Split Rental House

I am needing a roommate to fill the space in the house I'm currently renting. My previous roomie moved out to start grad school. I'd like to keep on living in this house. My lease is month-to-month until I find someone else or relocate. The house is 3 beds, 1 bath. The third bedroom is small, so my previous roommate used it as his office. The basement is pretty large and has a washer and dryer down there.

The property management is coming to fix some drywall cracks/roof issues from the derecho in August.
