About Me

About me: I am moving to NYC in May (but have a place through September) after spending 8 years in and around DC. I am currently a travelling consultant (some weeks gone Mon-Thu, otherwise I'm working from home). After I move and get settled I will be looking for a standard 9-5 in the city. I would love to have a roommate to hang out with, watch movies and eat dinner occasionally. Doesn't have to be more than that but I don't want to live with a stranger. I have a full apartment's worth of furniture that I would like to bring but I am willing to merge stuff so it's comfortable for everyone. I have family and friends that will visit on occasion, but I'm not the type to bring home random people or have unannounced visits. I do like to drink socially and go out once in a while but I'm a homebody through and through. My home is my happy place so it should be comfortable for everyone at the end of the day.

About you: male/female (mid-20's to early/mid-30s) who is willing to have at least a minimal friendship. Absolutely no drugs (sorry - occupational hazard). You have a stable income and will always pay bills on time. You keep common areas relatively clean and have respect for personal space. I'm certainly not a neat freak, but don't leave dishes to get moldy, that's just gross.

Anything else you want to know, I'm an open book!
