Looking for someone to take over my roommates part of the lease, the lease that you sign onto will be till March when my original lease is up and we will have the option to resign for another year at that point. Looking for someone responsible, fun and okay with living with a couple. I'm (21) a receptionist and my boyfriend (23) is in the military. We both travel a lot so we are barley home and when we are we usually are out and about or in our room watching tv! Both pretty chill. We have a room opening up in December if your interested?! It's 955 a month, utilities included, your own room, your own bathroom, your own parking spot, its a gated community, a nice pool and spa, a gym, we have a washer, dryer, and a dishwasher in the unit, its very spacious, and its in a very quiet community, with a gas station, food, stores within walking distance!
