Room for Rent in 3BR/3BA Arlington Apt
My roommate and I are looking for a new roommate to move in by August 6th. Move-in date can be negotiated, especially if you can move in earlier.
*Due to COVID-19, we’ll be doing a round of virtual tours, and then if you’re definitely interested in the space, we’ll do an in-person tour.*

Something to note: We’ll have Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime available in the living room.

A respectful, social, friendly roommate around our age (25-35) who is responsible about rent and bills. Non-smoker preferred.
ABOUT THE ROOM:
The available bedroom is 10.5 ft by 13.6 ft and can easily fit a queen-sized bed, desk, bookshelves, and more. There’s also a walk-in closet, leading into a private bathroom. If interested, furniture (including a mattress) is available for sale from the roommate moving out.
