Hey I’m Shawn. I’m in a tight spot, my girlfriend recently cheated on me so she is moving out when lease ends. I’m disabled so I can’t make more than a certain amount of money per month or social security takes my medical insurance away that pays for my meds I need to live. I will help with rent as much as I can that’s a promise. I just need a roommate or I will be forced to move out due to not enough income. The leasing office told me I can’t reapply if I don’t make 3 times the rent but that’s physically impossible for me because of my disability. I don’t want to be homeless…and I don’t want my cat to be homeless either…
