Street parking is available for free, and garage parking is available for $35 a month. Gorgeous and safe neighborhood! Less than a ten minute walk away from Starbucks, DU, and several other restaurants. Within 15 minute walking distance of the light rail station. Close to Wash Park and several other Denver hot-spots. My hypo-allergenic cat, Tokyo, lives with me. We cannot live with another cat at this time. Available for move-in anytime between now and August (would be subletting until August).
