I'm an introvert, usually preferring to hang out at home and play video games. I do not smoke, and I have two cats, and I work a full time job, monday through friday. I'm not really the party type, and may have a guest over once a month, if that. There is also a male roommate here, 34 as well. He works roughly 3 jobs and is in the Army reserves, so he's usually in and out at odd times, but is overall a quiet guy who also plays games in his spare time. He is planning on moving out in April, and I plan on using his room as an office/work space when that happens.

The house is relatively small and in a quiet neighborhood, with parking for 2 cars. The backyard is not fenced in, but we do have a covered front porch and a covered back porch. The internet is ATT fiber, and the cooking and heat are gas powered. I'm a 34 year old woman, fairly introvert so I rarely have guests over, and I spend most of my free time playing video games or working on art. I'd prefer a female roommate, who's also fairly chill. I currently work two jobs, one of which has me getting up at 3:45am Friday through Monday, so I would prefer someone who is able to keep a bit quiet (with the respectful acknowledgement that some special occasions warrant celebrations, and I'm not gonna go ham over a weekend gathering every once and a while).
