Looking for a person to take over a large room in my great 3-bedroom Inwood apartment, starting October 1. Looking for someone through the year ideally! Security deposit and first month rent due at move-in.
Room is unfurnished.
MUST be comfortable with large dogs. We live with a very sweet, well-behaved and well-trained mixed breed pup!
Really great location!!! Laundry in building, short walk to 1 and A, multiple grocery stores and restaurants nearby and very close to several parks. Rent is about $825 per month, cable in living room. Utilities run around $80-$100.
My roommate Jacquie and I are really easy going and looking for a non-smoker (no cigarettes or 4/20 please) and animal lover! We both watch a lot of TV and work full-time. We believe the home should be a place of rest and peace. I spend at least one day a week cleaning all common areas in the apartment and would love someone who is tidy and willing to help maintain a good quality of life in the home. Please only respond to this ad if you are socially liberal and an open-minded/open-hearted person as the few close friends and relatives who visit are members of the LGBT+ community.
