Furnished Room for rent – Female Only! Private Bedroom and all utilities included. Looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment located in the downtown area. April 1,2019 available.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, and dresser. The room also has a closet. I have a little dog who is friendly. No other pets are allowed. Smoke-free and drug free home and want to keep it that way. No parties or overnight guests allowed. I am looking for someone who is working and who is clean and respectful of each other’s space. Please note, 2 references are required, one from a previous landlord and one from a personal source, like a family member or a friend. 1st and last month’s required. Area is very nice! Enjoy everything that Little Italy area has to offer, 24 hr TTC streetcar access, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, gyms at your doorstep!!
