I am looking to sublet my master bedroom with an attached bath in a 2b2b in Bushwick/Brooklyn 11221. It is 2 mins from the M train line, 4 min walk to B38/B54 (goes to Jay St Metrotech) busses and the J train under 10 mins away. I want to sublet it starting March, and my lease is ending in August, with an option to extend further. I have a female roommate with her own bed and bath. My roommate has a kitten which is contained and never let in my room. There is a laundry room in the building, a gym and work area and stuff. My room comes furnished with a queen bed, mattress, closet drawers and a desk and a chair, which you can choose to buy from me, as I am moving away.
