Father of 1. My daughter stays with me over weekends. Full time service Technician that works fluctuating hours. I've been in Indy for about 9 years now. I've recently moved into a 3 bedroom house that's about 1600 Sq ft of living space. I'm looking to start saving so that I can buy a house of my own within the next year. I don't smoke and prefer that a potential roommate doesn't either. I'm pretty laid back and like to stay active. I like cleanliness and just common consideration.
