Hi!

I’m in Stamford right now and am looking to move to NYC in January when my lease is up. The preferred places I’d like to move are LES, east/west village, Chelsea, Williamsburg, Bushwick, Greenpoint, Bed Stuy, Dumbo, or Crown Heights, but am also open to other neighborhoods in midtown and below. My budget is around $1200-1400 and I’m looking to move January 1.

A little bit about me: I’m 26, I’m a personal shopper for an interior designer, and I love fashion and art. I have no pets, but I’d like to ideally get a cat eventually, but am also open to not having pets or having a roommate with a small dog or cat. I'm a non smoker, and vaping/smoking weed is fine, but I really don't like the smell of cigarettes so that would probably be a dealbreaker. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and fully vaccinated and would want a roommate who is fully vaccinated too.

I’m fairly clean (my room would be messy but I’m very respectful of common space). I take my job VERY seriously so I’m down for a chill wine night during the week/a little happy hour, but wouldn’t want anyone throwing wild parties during the week.

On the weekends, I love to go to museums, go to brunch, and have nights on the town with my friends. I’m also single and ideally am looking for someone who is as well (I’ve had roommates in the past who have had boyfriends who were not respectful of my space).
