This is a brand new build and the largest home design in a new gated community; 2232 sqft. It also has the largest yard in the neighborhood with a green space right next to it as it's an end lot. The neighborhood has private 24 hour patrol and monitoring service. The house is 3 stories with 3 rooms on floor 3 and 1 on floor 1. Floor 1 is preferred tenant space, but you can choose any of them. Room on Floor 1 has walk in closet, granite bathroom countertops, and full bathroom. A spot in the garage will be reserved for you. I will only be using the garage for my motorcycle as my other vehicles will be kept outside. So you'll have plenty of space for parking or storing needs. Additional storage can be utilized in spare bedrooms. All appliances are furnished.

*I will be utilizing a 3 month trial period for both parties with no strings attached. This way we can both decide if this is a good fit for both of us. After the 3 month trial period we can discuss rent period options per your circumstances.
