Montana Ave. is nearby with its shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and Pavillions market.

I am a semi-retired television producer and still write at home. Open to renting to a male or female who is neat, clean and considerate. Someone who does not work at home. No overnight guests.
Split utilities gas, electric,cable, wifi and internet. 50/50 = $150. per month each
