Hii, my roommate Sophie & I are looking for 1-2 roommates between the ages of 22-26 for a move-in date of 9/1/23. Sophie & I share a 4 bed & 1 bath apartment 4th floor walk up on Ditmars, Astoria for $3000 monthly. With 1 additional split rent would be $1000 a month & with 2 additional roommates rent would be $750 a month.
The apartment is surrounded by restaurants & stores. About a 4 minute walk to the NW line & close to Astoria Park. We are open to chatting, meeting in-person & discuss further about our apartment!
