Room available near Davis Square (9/1)

I'm looking for 3 roommates to join a 1 year lease for our 4 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment right next to Teele Square (lease starts 9/1). We are located on a quiet street just a 10 minute walk from Davis square and a 5 minute walk from the Tufts main campus.

The apartment is bright and spacious and includes free in-unit laundry (basement), a living room, dining room, nook, kitchen and pantry, front and back porch, and access to a backyard garden plot. Parking is available on surrounding streets with a $40 yearly resident pass. All 3 bedrooms available are huge- roughly 14x10! Rent is $950 a month, not including utilities (gas, electricity, and wifi), which typically range from $40-100.

All 3 of my roommates have decided to not re-sign the lease after living here several years, so I'm looking to fill 3 rooms in the apartment! I'm a female mid 20s working professional in the biotech field. Hoping to find roommates who also lead their own busy lives, but would also be down to occasionally watch a movie, play some board games, or go out for drinks!
