Comfy room, large closet

Hi! We have a room opening up in our 4 bedroom house in the neighborhood of Kensington, Brooklyn. It is a good sized room (13x10) with a large closet. We are a very friendly household, three women in our late 20's/early 30's. Our sweet house cat is leaving with our outgoing roommate, so we are open to a new cat joining us.
