Nice big room in Hamilton Heights with lots of sunshine in a 2 full bath, 3 bedroom apartment shared only with myself. Mostly wood floors. Open flow kitchen with dishwasher. Newly renovated bathrooms. Elevator to laundry in basement. 4 minute walk from ABCD and 8 mins to 1 line gets you to Times Square in less than 30. Plenty of parks, cafes, restaurants, gyms within walking distance. Furnished with utilities included (there’s an air mattress and metal frame you could use until you find a better bed).
Looking for roughly a year stay. Asking for first & last month's rent, proof of employment (40x rent), and references of prior landlord to move in. NO COUPLES. NO PETS
