I am a 47 year old single, white female looking to move, and get out of an unhealthy living situation. Looking to spend $500/rent and bills, to move in on February 27th. I'm an easy going, quiet, keep mostly to myself. Need a long term place to live. I am friendly, excellent communicator, college educated, respectful and responsible person. I have typical work hours usually from (7-3), (7-4), (8-5), or an occasional evening shift which is rare (2-10:30). I am Covid conscious, just really go to work and come home. Have no pets, but don't mind if you do. I have two grown boys, who are obviously on their own. Im not dating and don't plan to now. Plan on resuming education ( when I feel safe to do so w/ Covid. I like to cook relax and read or watch t.v. Will not be having visitors over at all. I am a fun loving , trustworthy friend , mother. Hard worker( and getting a bit of overtime lately. I'm a single, white female ( but LGBTQ friendly. I do not smoke ( but I do have my one bad vice, vaping ( but am perfectly alright with not doing that in the common areas, just in my bedroom or outside. Do not do drugs, and don't want to be around it. I'm a good friend, listener, respectful and responsible woman. I'm looking to rent a room , and have own private bathroom in someone's home for $500/month, plus bills. I am clean, not a slob, and am lookingbto move on Saturday February 27th.
