I work full-time and stay to myself. I do communicate well but not that much social. No kids, no drugs, and no drama. Outside of work I stay in my room resting when I'm home. Extremely clean, with compromised immune system for over 20 years. No germs in home and not to attract them in home. Hygiene and hand washing is definitely a must!

I'm renting out my spare furnished room in my older model home. It's been very difficult to find a roommate. This room is available in the Northwest Houston area located near downtown,and I 10, also near public transportation;plus varies of stores for convenience. It's critical to have great hygiene, such as washing your house upon entry,and cleaning behind yourself. Respectful of my personal belongings/boundaries, in our shared spaces. Sadly, people are not who they say they are once they move in with you. No drama and no party home. That's great it's a Month -Month contract only. Please have full time employment,ID, and reference.
