I am looking to sublease my second bedroom since I am going abroad for work. I share the apartment with my friend and roommate Cristina (28/F) who has a well trained dog, Nugget, who is a sweet corgi. Cristina is clean and doesn’t leave messes in common areas, and is respectful of other people’s stuff (she doesn’t take anything that doesn’t belong to her, even from the fridge) and is respectful of people’s schedules and spaces.

2 bedroom, lakefront apartment with a split floor plan, one bedroom on each side with the common area in between. Room available has balcony access and a walk-in closet. Although the bathroom is not an en-suite ,it is right across the room and the use would be for the use of the person who rents the room only (no need to share the bathroom). If interested, there is a bed and desk available for the room.
