Hi! My roommate Erika and I are looking for a third roommate (ladies only!) to resign our 1 year lease with us beginning January 1, 2018!
The Master bedroom is massive and can easily fit a king sized bed with plenty of room for furniture. The room has large windows with a view of the Chrysler building, lots of sunlight and a huge double closet. The apartment has 1.5 baths (the half bath is in one of the other bedrooms) and a balcony off the other bedroom. The apartment was recently renovated and features wood floors, an updated kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave with plenty of storage space. The building is a has doorman and elevator, with gym and laundry service/laundry room in the building. Located in Murray Hill, plenty of bars and restaurants close by and a 5 minute walk to the subway! Utilities are not included but are usually around $100 a month. No pets please ☺

I’m 23 and work in advertising and Erika is 24 and works in event planning. We both work a typical work week and love a good happy hour after work, tv, and pizza. Looking for someone who is generally clean and can vibe well!
