My name is Shandreia but you can call me shayy! I’m a very kindhearted woman who’s totally laidback and focused on building my career. I’m currently seeking a roommate who’s trustworthy with a positive, mature attitude towards life. I work mainly every weekday night and I willainly use the rented space to refresh in between shifts beside the days I’m off work. Although I'm seeking a month to month flexible rental agreement , ideally I need at least 3-4 moths minimum rental accommodations. I have a well-behaved 5 year old daughter who's likely spend the night with me on my days off work. Unfortunately my childs father and I split after endureing the past 7 years together and it's very important to me that my child be welcomed to stay mainly fridays and Saturdays (my off days) for much needed mommy daughter time during this devastating period of life. I am willing to pay max 600$ -700$ monthly or 125$-150$ weekly to cover my expenses during my stay as "your" roommate. No worries to my tenancy of stay , considering the fact I'm certainly a respectful woman who takes responsibility in showing integrity to others and their personal space. I'm open to sharing household spaces (Kitchen, Bathroom, Ect.) with other perspective tenants you may or may not have. Cleanliness is a must , and I can assure you my part will be done without a doubt to keep the rented space in the best conditions possible like it was beforehand of my occupancy. I'm very open minded to any other expectations you may have in mind to be met by your perspective tenant and also open to other scenarios of payments being asked by the owner of the home.
