I am a musician and I play guitar. I play at a low volume and often use headphones, so noise should not ever be an issue :) Looking for a band to play with if you know anyone looking for a guitar player!

I have a very clean and orderly lifestyle. I often cook my food at home, but I keep my living spaces very clean.

I work from home for a technology company. I would need relative privacy during working hours 8am-4pm. But otherwise down to hanging out and getting to know new people here in Texas!

I am looking for either a monthly or yearly rent agreement.
