I am a young professional (30y/o female). I am looking for a roommate (preferably female) for my two bedroom, 2 bath apartment located in East Elmhurst, Queens. Must be a professional with a full time job and proof of income. Looking for someone who is clean, considerate and respectful of ones shared space. Must be ok with splitting chores of cleaning the shared areas. Must be friendly and outgoing and someone that is very responsible with bills and pays on time no excuses. Drama free please and easy to get along with. First month rent and 1 month security deposit up front required. Rent is $1200/month not including utilities. Utilities (Internet, heat, coned) can range from $100-140 each/month. It’s a gorgeous apartment with high ceilings. Has two bathrooms so you will have your own. Living room is half furnished already. Room not furnished. Laundry in building. Street parking. 1 minute walk to bus station. Super lives downstairs. Shared backyard.
