I'm seeking someone to take the bigger bedroom in a lovely, sunny Hamilton Heights 2BR (room will not come furnished). Quiet block less than 500 feet from ABCD express trains at 145th Street, plus a short walk from the 1 train at 145th. Renovated galley kitchen with full-sized appliances, spacious living room with dining table, and bedrooms nicely separated. The bedroom for rent is 12'5"x10' and has a closet and two exposures. Utilities are about $100/month and include cable. Laundry is in the basement.
