This listing is for a bedroom in my house for rent. I have 1 room available now. It's a 5 bd 2 ba house so the bathrooms are shared between two people. The location is right next to entrances for both the 91 and 605 freeways and has a lot of convenient groceries, restaurants and shops very close by. I also have a private pool in the backyard. I handle all of the maintenance and yardwork around the house. If you have any questions, let me know.
Currently 3 guys (including myself) live here. We are looking to fill the last available room.
Monthly rent is $1200+shared electricity and gas (internet, sewage, water, trash, yard maintenance included). Electricity and gas average $60-80/person in the house. Move in cost is first month and one month for deposit ($2400).
I'm free weekdays after work after 3pm and weekends if planned accordingly. Please let me know if you would like to setup a time to come view the space.
