We have a private basement-level bedroom available for rent. The room has a front yard facing window that gets decent lighting during warmer months. Also in the basement, separated from the bedroom, is a laundry room with a door leading to the backyard and a full bathroom with a tub/shower. The basement was fully gutted and rebuilt in 2016 so all plumbing and electricity is fairly new.
The main level of the home with a kitchen, living room and dining room are all shared spaces that we’ll furnish and we hope to soon have a sunroom to enjoy as well.
We also have a package drop box and security cameras on our front and back porch for peace of mind.
