looking for 3rd roommate

place is in Los Alamitos - it just wasnt an option in the drop down menu

Looking for someone to replace our 3rd roommate moving out. it is an amazing neighborhood and we have been here for a while so rent is relatively cheap for the area, so we would like to keep the place.

upstairs room unfurnished, sharing the downstairs bathroom.
room can fit a queen bed, a computer desk, and a dresser comfortably. washer/dryer on site. garage for storage. plenty of parking in the back as well as street parking.
must keep common areas clean (living room, kitchen, bathroom)

$750/mo + utilities (internet, gas, power)
water, gardeners, trash are all provided by the property management.

will have to apply through the property management where they will do a background check ($40)

the lease will be month-to-month.

we are both working professionals, 1 of us works from home.
