Looking for someone to share my live/work space in a Bed Stuy duplex!

Hi! I’m looking for someone to share my current live/work space in Bed Stuy. The apartment is an older duplex with two bedrooms. The bedrooms, kitchen, and full bath are on the first floor. There is an extremely long hallway where you can store a bike and have a shoe rack. On the basement level, there is access to a private yard with a BBQ, a shower, and a toilet (we have only used the shower for rinsing negatives and printed photos), a living room, my painting space, and an ideal space for a photo lab or a studio with a door. This closed-off space has a closet for drying negatives or storing supplies and one small window.

Your bedroom fits a full-queen-sized bed, and my last roommates squeezed in a small desk and chair and an Ikea cube shelving unit. There is one window with a cage for an AC and a closet with storage up top. Rent for the room and the closed-off studio/lab space is $1600 a month, and utilities and internet run about $50-70ish monthly. The deposit would be $1600, plus the first month’s rent, pro-rated, contingent upon the move-in date.
