Hey! My name is Sam, I’m 26 years old and work full-time as a software engineer. I’m super clean, very respectful of shared spaces, and I always clean up right after cooking — I mostly eat at home.
I stay active with running, yoga, and calisthenics, and I’m looking for a place that matches a healthy, chill lifestyle. I don’t mind if you want to party as well, but like minded roomates would be amazing.
I do have a white pitmatian dog (he’s super sweet but deaf so he weirdly barks BUT HE sheds quite a bit), I DONT mind vacuuming everyday. so hopefully you’re good with pets!
I’m 420 friendly, love music, and I do have a stereo system that can get pretty loud (but of course I’m always mindful about volume when needed). I’m looking ideally for a house or a master bedroom around $1800, and my move-in window is between August 20-24.
