1200 Sqft Apartment. NON-SMOKING BUILDING. The available room is the master bedroom, which includes a bathtub shower, and walk-in closet. There is also a 'dining' area that can be utilized as office space. The apartment is on the third floor and is relatively soundproof (you can not hear thunderstorms in the living room). The kitchen is equipped with an island and stainless steel appliances, as well as a dishwasher. The apartment also has a dedicated small room, with a washer and dryer. The leasing office allows for a maximum of 3 pets per apartment, with a limit of 1 dog to the third floor. Must be comfortable living with an alternative person! I am willing to compromise for the most part on decor, but I do enjoy living in an alternative space.
