I'm from Brooklyn, New York. After 1 year in university in Vancouver, CA, I returned to the city to work as a chef, which is what I'm currently doing. Because of the nature of the industry, many of my nights end up being quite late, so for most of the days of the week I will probably be silently nocturnal. Given that, I am more than happy to cook up a storm for my roommate on my days off. If you choose to room with me, there will be a steady stream of sourdough and sesame breads, and very likely things like duck fat or berry compotes brought home from work in the fridge.
