The room for rent is in Ellenwood, about 20 mins from EAV! The house is a completely remodeled 4-bedroom, 2 full bath home. You would share a full bathroom, kitchen and living room. Charging $500 bucks a month plus utilities. Possibility of taking on the extra room if needed. Would require a refundable $750 deposit upon move in. Full disclosure, we run a music venue in a barn in the backyard with shows twice a month, only. And our band practices once a week in the barn in the backyard. Everything in the home has been remodeled, plus new appliances. There is also a full basement and fenced in yard. The shared kitchen and living areas are fully furnished. But your room is not. Shower is walk in, tiled and waterfall sprinkler head. It's a cozy place. We do have 2 dogs and 2 cats, but we are open to other animals in the home.
