About to renew the lease of my 3 bed 2 bath apartment and have two rooms to rent. We are the top floor of the building within 5 min walking to the Newport PATH station. It is quiet and very spacious. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a balcony.
The kitchen has updated appliances with a great stove, a dishwasher and lots of cabinet space. The living room is about 32x12 (huge!) and you can see some of FiDi from it. The building is a doorman building, and we have a laundry room on the main floor.
The master bedroom is $1,699 (well below any studio in the area/Newport apartments), and it will be available Feb 28 (potentially Feb 27).
Utilities not included.
Required: 1st month rent, 1 month security and potentially a $100 registration fee from the building.
There are 2 gyms very close!
There are three grocery stores within walking distance (Target, Acme, Shoprite - 4 if you include BJs if bulk shopping is your thing).
A little about me - I work in marketing and travel throughout the year sometimes. I like to have a calm and friendly vibe at home, and I am quiet. I love to work out and try new things, grab some food/drink now and again or go meet up with people.
Pet on a case by case basis and please know that the building charges an extra $50/month per pet, so that would be in addition to the monthly rent. Parking is available for an extra fee (may be $200/month, but not sure; there are a couple garages in the area).
