Hi everyone! I'm Erica. I graduated from Fordham University in May, and am now moving back to NYC for work starting in January.

About me:
-22 years old
-Working in management consulting (so I'll be traveling a lot during the week)
-Super honest and kind
-VERY organized and clean
-Ambivert (leaning more toward introvert)
-I love yoga! And fitness classes in general. Especially dance fitness
-Unfortunately, I'm allergic to cats and dogs
-I go out occasionally, but only on weekends

I'm looking for a roommate who:
-Is nice, honest, and a good communicator
-Is down to hang out a bit, but also does their own thing
-Is super clean!!! Like really clean. And will share responsibility of cleaning common areas
-Is okay with removing shoes at the front door to the apartment
-Doesn't bring the party home / throw parties
-Doesn't have overnight guests all the time, and provides notice in advance if there will be an overnight guest
-Contributes to a calm, peaceful environment in the apartment
