I'm a 25 year old particle physics PhD candidate at NYU with a reliable income from an academic stipend and teaching classes at NYU (meets 40x rent) and 800 credit. I usually stay focused on my doctoral research with a 9-5 schedule in my office at NYU. I'm pretty passive and easy to get along with, and I'm LGBTQ+ friendly. I almost always eat out and stay to myself and generally never have anybody over, but I'm down to occasionally socialize in common spaces. Despite my science background, I definitely enjoy an artsy/creative vibe. I don't smoke or do drugs, and I prefer a drama-free clean apartment.
