Shaneil W - $450/month

Hi, my name is Shaneil! I was born in Jamaica, but was adopted at the age of three and have been in Atlanta / Decatur ever since. I love to read, watch movies, and take pictures. Not very well, but it’s fun for me. I would love to travel someday and like a little writing as well.

My hours for work are currently 3-10 evenings but sometimes vary depending on their need of me. I have a day off, and usually spend that day relaxing in my room or going on errands.

I’m mostly introverted but I do like to gather with friends to have a good time. I would like to have a place where I can invite people over, but not constantly. I’m open to roommates having people over— I would just appreciate to know ahead of time. I would like to get to know each other, but we don’t have to best friends. However I’d like to have a conversation comfortably. If you are not open to that, we may not be the best fit.

I like keeping common living spaces clean and neat. I do my dishes and can put my belongings away. I’m definitely open to the idea of a cleaning schedule.

I would like my own bedroom and am open to the idea of living with 1-3 other people. Ideally, the room would have a private bathroom and a place to be outside. If the rooms are different sizes to justify the prices, I’m happy to stay in the bigger or smaller room.

Some relevant information: I like to stay up late and maybe do laundry then. I do not smoke and don’t drink often. I’m not really on social media much except Facebook because that’s how I keep in touch with old friends and family.
