Hey Roomie!

I’m looking for a quality human to share this 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment in SoBo/West Wash Park/Baker neighborhood of Denver.
The initial lease is from March through June, but I intend to stay for another year (or more) thereafter.
I have two dogs, a German shepherd puppy and a little old maltipoo who would enjoy having another human in the house to love on.
I keep shared spaces tidy, sinks empty and clean. Countertops wiped, floors swept and mopped… and lots of dusting (old house). I like to make general improvements to the house as time allows, even though it’s a rental.
The home is a large brick house, over a century old with one other unit that is occupied by a nice young couple on the first floor. We share the laundry and basement storage with them.
Two parking spots are reserved via alley access for us behind the back yard, which is great for the popular neighborhood.
There’s plenty of room for gardening, if you’re into that sort of thing ;) I’m into it and we can garden together, but general yard cleanup/maintenance is a shared responsibility for the property. The total rent on this space is $2,400, plus utilities, but since I take up a whole room for my at home office, and more space in general, I’m only charging $950 for your portion of the rent, plus shared utilities.
The deposit is $950 and RentersWarehouse.com charges a $55 application fee/background check.
